By accessing or using WABrowse ("the Service"), available at wabrowse.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

WABrowse is a web-based directory that helps users discover WhatsApp channels, groups, and communities. We also provide free tools (link generator, QR code generator, message formatter, widget generator, bio link generator) and informational guides. WABrowse does not:

• Own, operate, or control any WhatsApp channel, group, or community listed on the platform
• Guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any listed content
• Provide messaging services or act as a WhatsApp client
• Store or process WhatsApp messages or conversations

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use WABrowse. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features such as the dashboard, listing claims, and banner generator. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Submissions & Content

When submitting a listing, review, or other content to WABrowse, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to share the WhatsApp link and associated information
• The content is accurate, not misleading, and not fraudulent
• The content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• The content is not spam, does not promote illegal activities, and does not contain malware
• The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties

By submitting content, you grant WABrowse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute the content on the platform.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use WABrowse to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or spam listings
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform in bulk without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the Service without permission
• Promote illegal activities, violence, hate speech, or adult content
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Content Moderation

WABrowse uses a combination of AI-powered analysis and manual review to moderate listings. We reserve the right to:

• Remove, edit, or disable any listing at our sole discretion
• Assign quality scores and spam scores to listings
• Reject submissions that do not meet our quality or safety standards
• Prioritize or feature certain listings based on quality metrics

8. Listing Claims

Registered users may claim ownership of listings. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the owner or authorized administrator of the associated WhatsApp channel, group, or community. WABrowse does not verify ownership claims and is not responsible for disputes between parties. We reserve the right to revoke claims at our discretion.

9. Free Tools

WABrowse offers free tools including a link generator, QR code generator, message formatter, widget generator, and bio link generator. These tools are provided "as is" without any warranty. You are solely responsible for the code, links, or content generated using these tools. WABrowse is not liable for how generated output is used.

10. Guides & Informational Content

The guides and articles published on WABrowse are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, marketing, or otherwise). We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free.

11. Paid Features & Billing

WABrowse may offer paid features such as featured placement and verified badges. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for paid features will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Waitlist signups are non-binding expressions of interest and do not constitute a purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All original content on WABrowse — including the website design, logo, text, graphics, and software — is the property of WABrowse and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. "WhatsApp" and the WhatsApp logo are trademarks of WhatsApp LLC.

13. Third-Party Links & Content

WABrowse contains links to third-party WhatsApp channels, groups, and external websites. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or availability of linked WhatsApp channels and groups
• The privacy practices or terms of service of third-party platforms
• Any loss or damage arising from your interaction with third-party content

Joining any WhatsApp channel or group is done at your own risk. We strongly recommend reviewing channel content before sharing personal information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Listed channels or groups are safe, accurate, or legitimate
• Quality scores reflect the actual quality of listed channels
• AI-generated summaries or categorizations are accurate

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WABROWSE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY LISTED CHANNEL OR GROUP.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to WABrowse in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WABrowse, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 12-16 survive termination.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WABrowse operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
